Getting paid

In order to get paid as an affiliate, you will need to provide your PayPal email address as part of the affiliate application process (or you can update it in payment settings). 

• Payments to affiliates are made at least one month in arrears, to account for the Widg.io 30 day money back guarantee to customers. 
• Payments are usually made on or around the 15th of the month. 
• If you have not received a payment that you were expecting, please contact us - giving us as much information as possible to investigate.

Examples

Affiliate 1 refers a sale on 10th Feb

• On 15th March, Widg.io will check if that sale is more than 30 days old
• Widg.io confirms the sale is more than 30 days old
• Widg.io will check it hasn’t been refunded
• Widg.io will then facilitate the commission payment.

Affiliate 2 refers a sale on 20th Feb

• On 15th March, Widg.io will check if that sale is more than 30 days old
• Widg.io identifies it has not been more than 30 days since the sale, so there is still a chance the customer could request a refund. 
• Widg.io will not review this commission until on/around the 15th of the following month (in this case, the 15th of April).
